who we are

mission

We walk with young people as they leave HMP/YOI Feltham, empowering them to break cycles of reoffending and build lives of stability, purpose, and hope. Through persistent, relational support — combining professional resettlement work with long‑term volunteer mentoring — we offer the practical help, intervention, and opportunities young people need to make lasting personal transformation. We stay for the long road - in prison, through‑the‑gate and into community – with sensitive support that is open to all.

vision

A community where every young person leaving custody experiences a supportive, seamless transition into a stable, fulfilling, crime‑free life — empowered to contribute positively to society and surrounded by relationships that help them thrive.

values

  • Faith‑Informed & Inclusive - Our faith ethos underpins our compassion, integrity, and commitment to every young person. We support people of all faiths or none, offering care that is respectful, open, and grounded in dignity and hope.

  • Supportive - We are non-judgemental and person-centred. We believe change is possible for all, and we walk with young people through setbacks as well as successes, holding hope even when they struggle to hold it for themselves.

  • Collaborative - We work across sectors — with families, prison, probation, YOTs, employers, educators, health professionals, and community partners — to provide holistic, joined up, and sustainable support. Strong relationships create strong outcomes.

  • Solution‑Focused - We focus on opportunities, learning, and growth through every challenge. Our approach is practical, strengths based, and geared towards helping young people build stability, purpose, and a different future.

  • Persistent - We stay for the long road. Our support is not time limited, and we don't give up when life becomes complicated or progress is slow.

  • Local & Connected - We are rooted in the communities our clients live in  and committed to helping young people access the networks, relationships, and opportunities that help them thrive.
